Following in the footsteps of Argos and Tesco, Aldi has launched its own computer tablet…
… and it’s already sold out
Described as cheap, slow and kid-friendly by the Guardian, this tablet costs just £80, making it the cheapest on the market. It’s launch was yesterday and Aldi has already sold out of the LifeTab, showing that there is a real market there.
Due to the lower resolution of the screen, the LifeTab is much more fuzzy to look at when compared to Tesco’s Hudl or the Amazon Fire. However, at the price of £79.99 it’s clearly an obvious option for people who want something they don’t have to be too precious about.
Aldi LifeTab Specifications

Looking at these specifications, it’s clear that the pull is the low price, and as the Know Your Mobile website says: Say Hello To The UK’s Cheapest Tablet.
